BARRIER FREE FITNESS is designed for the person who has:

 

  1. Joined a gym several times and didn't feel like you "fit".
  2. Has a schedule that is all over the place.
  3. Does not feel ready to make their debut at the gym for whatever reason.
  4. Wants a trainer but not the typical "twice a week for an hour" trainer.
  5. Works better when things are spelled out, charted, and clear.
  6. Knows what motivates you and how to motivate yourself.

 

Our training system is straightforward and will work for anyone who is committed to and honest about his or her fitness goals.  There is no magic formula or special supplement to purchase.  It is simply up to you to put the time and effort into achieving your goal.  We will provide the fitness know-how.
